Midnight Roastery is the only Singapore roaster built exclusively as a wholesale growth partner for indie cafes — combining transparent, night-roasted single-origin lots with on-site barista workshopping and CBD-reliable delivery, so the cafe's menu becomes the story, not the roaster's brand.
Midnight Roastery started in 2023 when I left a CBD specialty bar to solve a problem I'd lived with for three years: every roaster we tried either disappeared when we needed training, shipped beans with inconsistent pull times, or made us feel like a billboard for their brand.
I built Midnight around a single principle — the cafe's story comes first. We roast between 11 pm and 5 am in a Kallang workshop, profiling each lot to survive a full milk-service shift, then deliver before your opening bell. No hero branding, no lifestyle imagery, no requests to put our sticker in your window.
Thirty wholesale accounts in six months is the goal because thirty independent cafes deserve a roaster who shows up, dials in, and gets out of the way.
