    We schedule on-site bar sessions at onboarding and at every seasonal lot change. New barista started Monday? We're in before Friday service. Growing demand for bundled training is why this comes standard — not as an upsell.

    Each lot ships with a single-page menu card: farm, altitude, process, harvest month. Washed Yirgacheffe, 2,100m, harvested March. Unlike Hook Coffee's retail-facing range copy, this is traceability language written for a cafe's menu board, not a subscription box.

Will your espresso pull consistently across a full milk-drink service every day?
Yes — each lot is roasted to a locked profile and rested a minimum of five days before dispatch, so extraction behaviour is predictable across flat whites, lattes, and batch milk service. We provide a target recipe card and a dial-in visit with every new lot.
Can you help train our baristas and dial in the coffee regularly?
On-site dial-in is included at onboarding and at every seasonal lot rotation — no separate fee. If you hire a new barista mid-contract, contact us and we schedule a bar session within the same working week.
Are your beans priced so our margins still work with CBD rent?
Wholesale lots start at SGD 30/kg for blends and SGD 38/kg for single-origin, with tiered discounts from 10 kg/week. We publish pricing upfront — no quote-on-application gatekeeping — so you can run your margin math before the first conversation.
Do you deliver reliably to CBD and Tiong Bahru without stockouts?
Yes. Orders placed before 6 pm are delivered the following morning to CBD and Tiong Bahru addresses. We hold a standing buffer of all active wholesale lots, so your order is never subject to a roast-day delay.
What origin stories can we actually put on our menu boards from your coffees?
Every lot ships with a one-page origin card covering farm name, country, altitude, process, and harvest month — formatted for direct use on a menu board or table card. Unlike Nylon Coffee, whose traceability narrative centres the roaster's sourcing journey, ours is written to centre your cafe.
Are you PDPA-compliant and how do you handle wholesale account data?
Yes — all account data collected via our wholesale inquiry form is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We store only what is operationally necessary and do not share account details with third parties.
